Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pilond platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Pilond reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Pilond provides a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform that enables restaurant owners to create and manage online storefronts, accept orders, process payments, manage staff, and track business performance. The Service includes web-based dashboards, storefront templates, and integrations with third-party payment and communication providers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

4. Subscription & Billing

Pilond offers subscription plans billed monthly. Your subscription begins after the 7-day free trial period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Pilond platform, including its code, design, templates, and branding, is owned by Pilond. You retain ownership of your content (menus, images, business data). By using the Service, you grant Pilond a limited license to host and display your content as needed to operate the platform.

7. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party providers (such as Stripe and Paystack). Pilond is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment processors. You agree to comply with the terms of any payment provider you connect to.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pilond is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

Pilond may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it may be permanently deleted.
